Applications close Friday, September 11, 2026 — six days before the event, which gives us time to confirm names with the venue. We aim to respond within three business days. Late requests are considered on a space-available basis, so ask anyway if you miss the date. Freelancers are welcome; a commissioning letter helps but is not required.
Where material is provided under embargo, the embargo time will be stated in the email and applies to all platforms including social. We are glad to fact-check quotes, names, titles, and figures before publication — send them to the press office and we will turn them around quickly. No. BitcoinPalooza is ticketed separately and open to the public. The full twelve-event Blockchain Week program is listed at blockchainweek.ai/program, and a Blockchain Week pass is required for those events.

The artists do. Works are exhibited under license across Blockchain Week venues; copyright stays with the creator. Credit artists by name when picturing their work.
